Can I use my own wording?
Yes! All stationery can be personalized with your wording details. Just be sure to include this in your notes at checkout, and I'll take care of the rest!
Can the color of artwork be changed?
Absolutely! Custom colors are $20, available here.
Can you customize a design further ?
Stationery is semi-custom. This means the information will be personalized to you and your wedding day, but the design layout will remain exactly the same. Artwork colors can be changed, and all wording can be fully personalized to meet your needs.
Do you offer custom designs?
At this time, I am only focusing my love, attention and effort into my line of semi-custom stationery. New designs are added on a continual basis.
Will I get a proof prior to printing?
Yes! I will email a proof to your email address within three business days after purchase. Please note, hardcopy proofs are not available.
How many revisions are included?
You will receive three complimentary rounds of revisions. Each additional round is $10. I recommend viewing our etiquette page for tips.
What if there is a typo?
Betty Lu Paperie will in no event be responsible for errors approved by clients. If there is a typo, I am happy to reprint items for a reduced rate. However, if you receive an incorrect proof that does not match the one you approved, I will take full responsibility and provide complimentary reprints.
Do you offer assembly and mailing services?
At this time, stationery ships flat and requires assembly. I currently do not offer mailing or postage services.
Do you offer rush printing services?
To make sure your experience is stress-free, rush orders are not available. Our turnaround times are set firm so that we can make sure production and packaging is perfect. Of course, you may add expedited shipping. See rates at checkout.
What is your return and cancellation policy?
Due to the custom nature of stationery, returns are not available. Cancellation is available to those who have not received a proof or print of stationery. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me! I am more than happy to work with you personally to make sure you're satisfied.
Can you call me?
At this time, I am unable to schedule calls. This is due to the high volume of clients I take each year, and due to being a staff of one. Additionally, sometimes a lot of customization is required for stationery, and I need a “paper trail” to keep all of the changes organized. I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have via email.
